Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня магістр за спеціальністю 073 "Менеджмент" – Національний університеткораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Миколаїв, 2021. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемам теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів адаптування організаційно-функціональної діяльності комунального некомерційного підприємства «Миколаївська обласна клінічна лікарня Миколаївської обласної ради» до змін зовнішнього середовища. У роботі досліджено організаційно-функціональну діяльність Миколаївської обласної клінічної лікарні в умовах адаптації до змін зовнішнього середовища та проведено оцінку ефективності організаційно-функціональної діяльності досліджуваної організації. Окреслено розвиток стратегічного управління у Миколаївській обласній клінічній лікарні. Впровадження стратегічного менеджменту в практику роботи лікарні призведе до: організаційних змін; розвитку координаційної та прогнозуючої функції менеджменту; стимулювання інноваційної діяльності закладу охорони здоров’я; стимулювання постійного процесу розвитку персоналу медичного закладу та перехід до моделі самоосвітньої організації; розвитку механізмів управління ризиками та розроблення і реалізації антикризових програм; зосередження уваги на підвищення якості всіх видів діяльності медичного закладу. Надано рекомендації щодо удосконалення інноваційного розвитку досліджуваної лікарні як важливої умови його адаптації до змін зовнішнього середовища. Види інновацій, які доцільно застосувати у роботі цього медичного закладу: медичні та технологічні, організаційні, економічні, інформаційно-технологічні, медико-фармацевтичні.
dc.description.abstract1Dubova I. O. "Features of the organizational and functional activities of a healthcare institution in terms of adaptation to changes in the external environment". Qualification work for obtaining the educational and qualification level of master in the specialty 073 «Management» – Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolaiv, 2021. The qualification work is devoted to the problems of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of adapting the organizational and functional activities of the communal non-profit enterprise "Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital of the Mykolaiv. Regional Council" to changes in the external environment. The work examines theo rganizational and functional activity of the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital in the conditions of adaptation to changes in the external environment and evaluates the effectiveness of the organizational and functional activity of the organization under study. The development of strategic management in the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital is outlined. The implementation of strategic management in the practice of hospital work will lead to: organizational changes; development of the coordinating and forecasting function of management; stimulation of innovative activities of the health care institution; stimulation of the continuous process of development of the personnel of the medical institution and the transition to a model of self-educational organization; development of risk management mechanisms and development and implementation of anti-crisis programs; focusing attention on improving the quality of all activities of the medical institution. Recommendations are given for improving the innovative development of the investigated hospital as an important condition for its adaptation to changes in the external environment. Types of innovations that should be applied in the work of this medical institution: medical and technological, organizational, economic, information-technological, medical-pharmaceutical.
