dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена проблемі впровадження інновацій у вищих навчальних закладах. Аналіз літературних джерел, предметом якого є впровадження інноваційних технологій в освітнє середовище сучасного навчального закладу з урахуванням позитивного європейського досвіду в сучасній Україні, свідчить про значний інтерес науковців до цих питань. На думку дослідників, вищі навчальні заклади можуть успішно працювати за наявності відповідної підтримки з боку держави та розробки концепції розвитку, як економіки держави загалом, так і її провідної складової частини – вищої освіти. Визначено загальні тенденції. Це: реформування системи професійної підготовки фахівців, інноваційна спрямованість професійної підготовки вчителів. Проаналізовано стан проблеми, вивчено зарубіжний досвід та намічено шляхи його використання. Зазначається, що процеси реформування освіти спрямовані на здобуття майбутніми фахівцями знань, умінь і навичок, перетворення їх у компетентності, що забезпечить успішність їхнього професійного та особистісного розвитку, готовність мобільно реагувати на виклики часу, реалізацію суспільно важливі завдання – навчання впродовж життя. Використання технологій змішаного навчання – це нова організація навчального процесу, яка викликає багато питань до викладачів та адміністрації вищих навчальних закладів: вибір засобів роботи, організація дистанційного навчання; оцінювання учнів та контроль за їхньою навчально-пізнавальною діяльністю, розробка або вибір моделі змішаного навчання, налагодження ефективної взаємодії всіх учасників навчального процесу, забезпечення якості освіти. Перспективним напрямком змішаного навчання є інтеграція онлайн- навчання з традиційним.
dc.description.abstract1The article is devoted to the problem of implementation of innovations in institutions of higher education. Analysis of literary sources, the subject of which is the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational environment of a modern educational institution, taking into consideration the positive European experience in modern Ukraine, shows the significant interest of scientists in these issues. According to the researchers, higher education institutions can work successfully in the presence of appropriate support from the state and the development of the concept of development, both of the state economy in general and of its leading component – higher education. The general tendencies are defined. These are: reforming the system of professional training of specialists, innovative orientation of professional training of teachers. The state of the problem has been analyzed, foreign experience was studied, and ways of its use were outlined. It is noted that the reform processes in education aimed at acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities by future professionals, their transformation into competence, which will ensure the success of their professional and personal development, readiness to respond mobile to the challenges of time, implementation of socially important tasks – lifelong learning. The use of mixed learning technologies is a new organization of the educational process, which arises many questions to the teachers and administration of higher education institutions: election of tools for work, organization of distance learning; assessment of students and control over their educational and cognitive activities, development or selection of a blended learning model, establishment of effective interaction of all participants in the educational process, providering the quality of education. A promising direction of blended learning is the integration of online learning with traditional learning.
